  "body_html": "<h2>OFR Notification Events</h2>\n<p>Seven events require written notification to the Florida OFR within 30 calendar days:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bankruptcy filing by Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. or any affiliated party</li>\n<li>License suspension or revocation proceeding initiated against Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc.</li>\n<li>Felony indictment of Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. or any affiliated party related to MSB operations</li>\n<li>Felony conviction, guilty plea, or nolo contendere plea by Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. or any affiliated party</li>\n<li>Interruption, cancellation, or material change to the surety bond</li>\n<li>Criminal act committed by an affiliated party against Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc.</li>\n<li>Notification that Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. or any affiliated party is under criminal investigation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The following material changes to the original license application also require 30-day written notification:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal name or trade name change</li>\n<li>Change in controlling person (25% or more voting authority)</li>\n<li>Change in principal officers or directors</li>\n<li>Change in business address or location of any licensed outlet</li>\n<li>Commencement of material litigation that may affect licensure or operations</li>\n<li>Regulatory or administrative action initiated against Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. in any other jurisdiction</li>\n</ul>\n<p>When the BSA/AML Compliance Officer is replaced, notify the OFR promptly. The incoming BSA/AML Compliance Officer must complete a background screening before assuming compliance responsibilities.</p>\n<p>If Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. loses access to its federally insured depository account, notify the OFR in writing within 5 business days. The notification must identify the affected account, the reason for loss, and the steps being taken to secure replacement banking.</p>\n<p>For each notification event:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Confirm the triggering event and the exact date it occurred.</li>\n<li>Prepare written notification. Include Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc.'s legal name, OFR license number, a description of the event, the date of occurrence, and your direct contact information.</li>\n<li>Transmit by registered mail. Deadline is 30 calendar days for the events above. Deadline is 5 business days for account loss.</li>\n<li>Retain the registered mail receipt and a copy of the notification for no fewer than 5 years.</li>\n<li>When a notification event also triggers a SAR, CTR, or other federal filing, coordinate all deadlines.
