The OFR oversees money services businesses and must be kept informed when important changes happen.</p>\n<p>You must notify the OFR within <strong>30 days</strong> if the company faces a lawsuit, criminal charge, license issue, or other major change. You must notify within <strong>5 business days</strong> if Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. loses access to its bank account.
