You are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the AML/CFT program.</p>\n<p>You must file all required reports accurately and on time. Required reports include Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, and Currency and Monetary Instrument Reports. You must maintain all records required by federal regulation.</p>\n<p>You must design, update, and enforce AML/CFT policies and procedures. You must coordinate and deliver annual AML training to all applicable personnel. You must monitor transactions for suspicious activity and manage the SAR determination and filing process. If you are absent or unavailable for an extended period, Advanced Compliance Technology, Inc. will suspend check cashing, money transmission, payment instrument sales, foreign currency exchange operations.</p>\n<p>You are responsible for administering and enforcing personnel integrity standards. Before extending any offer of employment, you must conduct a criminal background check covering a minimum of seven years. Applicants with convictions related to financial crimes, fraud, theft, or money laundering are automatically disqualified. You must verify each applicant's identity, employment history, and professional references. You must screen all applicants against the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list before extending any offer.</p>\n<p>Employees with transaction-processing or compliance responsibilities must promptly report personal financial difficulties, unusual personal financial activity, and any outside employment that could create a conflict of interest. You must enforce these requirements. Employees may not process transactions for personal acquaintances outside standard company procedures without supervisor approval.</p>\n<p>Any employee who deliberately circumvented AML/CFT controls faces immediate suspension pending investigation and termination upon a finding of cause.
